      • Your appliance list and sizes, including the sink, range, refrigerator and dishwasher.

      • Photos of the current kitchen, if you have them.

      What affects the price of a kitchen

      • Kitchen size and layout: the number and size of cabinets, and extras such as an island or pantry.
      • Cabinet line and finish: construction, door style and finish vary by brand and collection.
      • Countertop material: quartz, natural stone and porcelain differ in price, and edge profiles and cut-outs add to it.
      • Backsplash and tile: material, size and pattern.
