Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, with all original packaging, parts, and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, you may deliver or ship the item to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent or delivered without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

 

  • Kitchen cabinets

  • Countertops

  • Vanities

  • Custom or special-cut products

All sales of these items are final.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
