Shipping policy

Home Craft Studio delivers within its service area around our showrooms in Clifton, North Bergen and Newark, New Jersey, and Brooklyn, New York. Ask your showroom whether your address is covered before you order.

How delivery is arranged

Orders are placed through a quote from our design team, and delivery is scheduled as part of your order. Delivery and installation are priced separately from products.

Delivery timing

• Kitchen cabinets: we aim to deliver within four weeks of your order.
• Some kitchen collections offer expedited delivery within 7 days. Your design consultant can tell you which ones.
• Other products: delivery timing depends on the item. Ask your showroom when you order.

Our delivery team contacts you seven days before your scheduled delivery to confirm the date and give you a time window.

Job site delivery

For contractor and trade orders, we coordinate delivery to your job site.

Before delivery day

Tell us about walk-ups, narrow stairwells, elevator bookings or parking restrictions when you schedule, since they affect delivery time.

Inspecting your delivery

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
